On May 22, a technical meeting was held with MESA+ Institute, University of Twente, The Netherlands, which is a nanotechnology institute within the University of Twente, where researchers in the fields of nanoelectronics, nano-photonics, MEMS/NEMS, nano-bio, microfluidics, etc. are affiliated. In addition to the three visitors from the University of Twente, the technical meeting was connected online with the MESA+ Institute in the Netherlands for discussions.
